DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
We are in the process of working on being able to offer gift cards on the site. Please be patient with us while we are working on this. If you contact us though, we do offer gift certificates and can make them available for purchase.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
All major credit cards are accepted. We can accept cash if meeting in person to pick up or we are at an event!
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
This is a little tricky for a business such as ours. Of course if you have received your item damaged, we will replace it.
If you have ordered a custom item, unfortunately we can not accept returns for the item.
If you have purchase a stock item, We can process a return for up to 7 days after receipt.
CAN YOU COME TO AN EVENT?
We specialize in being able to meet the customers needs. If you would like to inquire about us being at an event that you are doing to do products on site, please reach out to us and we will discuss how we can meet your needs!
What Happens if a package wasn’t delivered to me but the tracking system states that it was?:
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the you reports they have yet to receive it, Glove City Graphics won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address. Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the table on the back porch.
What is an order is lost in the mail?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
- Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
Some treatments and colors will vary from garment to garment, and vary slightly from our product images. Slight variations are very common. Shirts that are sublimated will look more faded and have a vintage feel.
We hope you love your items, but if your purchase does not meet your expectations, please CONTACT US FIRST. Return shipping is non-refundable. Return limitations apply. There is a 25% restocking fee on all approved returns. Read our policies for more info. Sale items, final sale items, custom items/orders, and orders over 4 cannot be returned.
Measurements are approximate and may vary. All measurements are provided by the garments vendor. Vendor tolerance is +/-10%. All provided measurements are in inches. Everyone has a different expectations of fit, these should be used as guidelines only.
Actual colors may vary from our listing photo and the final product. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor displays different colors and everyone sees these colors differently. We try to edit our photos to show the listings as close as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately illustrates the true color of the product.
Design size is the same across ALL sizes for adult shirts. Example: If the design is 10" across on a medium it will be 10" on a 2XL.
Design placement can vary based on shirt size, shirt style, design, font, etc. I will place in the best spot I think it will and if you have any questions please contact me.
It is stated if the design is on the front or back of the garment/item. There may be instances when you can select where you would like it placed.
