Unfortunately due to the fact that most of our products are customized, we are unable to accept returns of Products that are custom ordered.

If it is a stock item, we can process a return for up to 7 days after receipt.(verified by tracking) We do not provide return shipping, nor will you be refunded the original shipping. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail being returned to us.
